Interferential Stimulation Therapy (often called IFC therapy) is a non-invasive treatment that uses gentle electrical currents to stimulate muscles and nerves. This therapy helps reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and promote faster healing—making it a powerful complement to chiropractic care for both acute and chronic conditions.

During interferential therapy, two mild electrical currents are applied to the affected area using adhesive electrode pads. These currents intersect beneath the skin, creating a therapeutic frequency that penetrates deep into muscles and tissues. This stimulation increases blood flow, decreases inflammation, and encourages the body’s natural pain-relief responses.

Dr. Fakhari is known and admired by others in the field for his aggressive, “outside the box” approach to treatment, which has proved to be very effective in restoring athletes and many other patients to the lives and careers they love.
